In 2013, Joe Musselman launched The Honor Foundation (THF). This is a unique transition readiness institute created exclusively for Navy SEALS and the US Special Operations Forces (SOF) community. THF provides a clear process for development and diverse ecosystem of world class support and technology. Every step is dedicated to preparing these outstanding men and women to continue to realize their maximum potential throughout their post-service career.
THF to date has gathered a formal network of private sector employer partners, senior executives, top faculty, elite business schools, executive coaches and mentors who wish to work with our Fellows who have already made a difference in the world. Joe considers this mission and THF his way to continue his service to his country and the Special Operations community.
Overall, Joe strives to create and build things that bring about a positive change in the lives of people around the world. He is known for his enormous love of people and enthusiasm for new ideas, unmatched passion for competition, and strong desire to disrupt the norm and change the world for the better. Joe Musselman graduated from DePaul University with a dual degree in Political Science & International Studies with a heavy focus in Economics. His thesis work was completed in the middle east (Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Kyrgyzstan & Kuwait) studying middle-eastern economies pre and post U.S. intervention.
