2021 Thought Leader Awards Nomination
( Nomination Deadline: April 15, 2021 )
Each year, the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches (ACEC) honors thought leaders who have contributed in unique and compelling ways to our field. This year, the conference theme is “The Futurist Coach”. With this in mind, we are seeking nominations from ACEC members for Thought Leaders who have developed new and innovative programs, tools, or models that will prepare executive coaches as enterprise-wide business partners to better meet the changing needs of today’s business leaders and organizations.
Ideally, the thought leader you nominate should possess the following qualities:
The Thought Leader’s body of work should be leading-edge, research-based, and impactful. It should address the kind of challenges the world is facing and will continue to face in the next few years.
The Thought Leader need not be a coach or member of ACEC. However, their work should contribute to the mission of ACEC to elevate corporate executive coaching in being recognized as a critical profession and the vision for corporate executive coaches to be seen as transformation catalysts for the 21st century and beyond.
Past honorees include Bob Anderson, Marshall Goldsmith, Sally Helgesen, Ramona Hood, Jim Kouzes, Vince Molinaro, Joe Musselman, Nancy Parsons, John J. Perry, Doug Silsbee, Barbara Singer, and Karlin Sloan.
Please note that the due date for nominations is April 15, 2021.
This year’s awardees will receive their Thought Leader Award at a virtual ceremony to be held as part of the ACEC/MEECO Leadership Conference on June 3, 2021. Upon selection, awardees will not only receive ACEC’s prestigious thought leadership award and insignia to portray in their marketing materials but will be invited to participate in a widely viewed live interview with CB Bowman, ACEC’s president.
Please complete the following nomination form as fully as possible so that our Thought Leader Awards Committee will have all the needed information to evaluate these nominees who have made such an important difference in our field.
