Scenarios:

There are several reasons why being a member of the Advisory Council is critical to your organization:

I) If you have an interest in any of the following:

  • Metrics and ROE/ROI – how do other organizations measure the effectiveness of their programs?

  • What is the coaching selection process (from the client/participant perspective)?

  • What criteria do organizations use to select individuals to participate in coaching? Is this criteria public?

  • What plans do organizations have in place or are putting in to place to sustain their coaching programs?

  • What are other organization’s coaching communication campaigns (i.e., publishing testimonials, success stories, etc.)?

If yes, then membership in the Advisory Council is the perfect environment for you and your organization. Recommended donations depend on the size of your organization and your organization’s specific goals.

II) If you have an interest in creating or expanding your leadership development program(s), improve employee enhancement and or improve your corporate leadership culture and would like to participate in discussions/ partnership with those who have experienced great success in these areas then membership in the Advisory Council is the perfect environment for you and your organization. Recommended donations depend on the size of your organization and your organization’s specific goals.

III) If you are considering applying for a MEECO Designation and would like to dialogue with members of the MEECO Institute about preparedness then membership in the Advisory Council is the perfect environment for you and your organization. Recommended donations depend on the size of your organization and your organization’s specific goals.

You will have a chance to speak to a member of the evaluation team, a master-level corporate executive coach and/ or a current designee about the steps to take.

You will have the opportunity to hire member(s) of ACEC to support you in developing a rock solid culture change program which is measurable. Please contact cb@meeco-institute.org for details and to obtain vetted recommendations for 3 coaches for you to interview. Note that the MEECO Leadership Institute does not benefit financially from these introductions or relationships.

To be a member of the Advisory Council there is a suggested donation based on your goals and organization revenue size.

If you feel that after completing Phase 1 of the application for a MEECO Designation you feel that you are not eligible to receive a score higher than 70 you may request an invitation to join this MEECO Advisory Council and receive all of its benefits. Recommended donations depend on the size of your organization and your organization’s specific goals.
